The company is one of Lincoln County's premiere general contractors. Our Business is located in the beautiful pines of Ruidoso, New Mexico. We are comprised of three distinct divisions Earth-Dirt work, Septic and Licensed for Manufactured Housing.

I can't say enough good things about the outstanding service and work done by Michael Chavez, his office staff and
his crews. My 85 year old father's dream was to live on property that has belonged to his family for 100 years in New
Mexico. This property is miles off any paved roads and the roads at the time were extremely bad from the weather. At
my fathers age time is always important, Michael understood this and acted accordingly. He completed a septic
system in only about 3 weeks from the time I first contacted him to the time it was completed. Every other septic
company said it would be 6 to 10 weeks. Annie in his office did an excellent job getting the paperwork together and
expediting the permit with the state. Despite terrible weather Michael and his crew had the system installed and
functioning in a short amount of time. In addition a few weeks after the septic system was installed my father had a
problem that was unrelated to the system but Gilbert from one of Michael's crews came out in freezing weather and
fixed it for him...at no charge. I have never encountered such great service and excellent work.

When one has a special home away from home like we do in Ruidoso, New Mexico, one cannot be there when any type of home repair becomes necessary. The same applies to emergencies. It was during a time when we needed someone to come to our aid that we met Mike Chavez. He handled our emergency with precision and knowledge. Consequently we had Mike complete a total remodel of our front porch area. He has been just as attentive and responsible as with our emergency. We highly recommend Mike Chavez for any type of home repair that might arise. As an additional benefit, Mike is fluent in Spanish which was a nice surprise.
